Intex said the player makes it a boon for users whose TVs do not support all formats and input sources like HDMI, SD Card, etc. and those who find watching movies through a DVD player or on a laptop, cumbersome.

Intex Mini Home Cinema is available in two variants, IT-MHP-1080 and IT-MHP-720, at Rs. 4,025/- and Rs. 2,875/- (MRPs) respectively. The IT-MHP-1080 model can be connected to both the TV and computer monitor.
